Kia Motors (UK) Ltd – Total Loss Avoidance Programme

Kia Motors (UK) Ltd are able to provide support to bodyshops where they have assessed that the cost of repair to a Kia vehicle has deemed it a borderline total loss. In order to best support our customers, the Kia Total Loss Avoidance Programme is available to both Kia Approved Bodyshops and British Standard Kitemark Approved bodyshops that have achieved the PAS125 standard.

In order to make an application for support either: 

Send a completed copy of the application form in pdf format and a copy of a fully priced estimate, also in pdf format, to: or 

Network the Audatex assessment to OAGTLA ensuring that you enter the following details in the “Assessment Notes” section. 

1. Your contact details. 

2. A target repair cost, net of VAT. 

3. The name of the Kia Dealer from where you will be purchasing the parts.  

Where an application is successful, a credit will be processed via the Kia Dealer through which the parts have been ordered.

Support is offered only where all of the following terms are met:

  1. The repair is being carried out using Kia recommended repair processes and the vehicle is being returned to a safe and roadworthy condition.
  2. The repair is being carried out using only Kia genuine parts.
  3. The repair is being carried out by a Kia approved Bodyshop or a Bodyshop with PAS125 accreditation.
  4. The target repair cost is relevant to the vehicle's pre-accident condition.
  5. A fully detailed assessment has been carried out by a qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor using industry competitive rates.
